Miguel serves as Vice President of Asset Management at Swift Current Energy. Miguel is an energy finance professional with more than 20 years of experience in multiple roles within the power generation value chain, including business development, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, budget and forecasting, asset management, financial modeling, corporate strategy, and process optimization.
Prior to joining Swift Current, Miguel was the Director of Asset Management at CAMS, and served in various roles at Duke Energy.
Originally from El Salvador, Michael has an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Albert Einstein in El Salvador, an MBA from Instituto Superior de Economia y Administracion de Empresas (ISEADE), El Salvador, and a master’s degree in Finance (MFIN) from Tulane University.
