Kat Conlon serves as Senior Director of Programs & Organizational Development at Swift Current Energy. Kat has over 12 years of project management, corporate operations and administration experience in the energy sector.
Prior to joining Swift Current Energy, Kat was the Portfolio Management Coordinator at ArcLight Capital Partners, an energy transition infrastructure-focused private equity firm. In this role, she was responsible for the creation of quarterly financial reports and managing the database of portfolio companies’ financial metrics. Previously, Kat was a Sales Assistant at Perry Ellis International, where she supported account management and the creation of sales reports. Kat obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Elon University.
