Michael Bienvenu serves as a Project Manager at Swift Current Energy, responsible for managing the execution of projects from late-stage development through project turnover to operations.
Prior to joining Swift Current, Michael was part of the execution team at EDP Renewables, with which he supported and oversaw the execution of more than 600 MW of utility scale wind and solar projects with over $800M of CapEx investment across both the United States and Canada. Previously, Michael worked in the oil and gas industry at Audubon Engineering Solutions as a Mechanical Engineering Associate. While there, Michael served on a team tasked with designing a greenfield offshore project and assisted in the construction management of a brownfield onshore project.
Michael holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
