Meir Cabaltera serves as Vice President of Project Office at Swift Current Energy. Meir has over 15 years of experience in capital project management within the utility-scale solar, commercial, industrial, government, and medical construction sectors. With a deep background in developing and optimizing project management systems, he leads Swift Current Energy’s construction project management efforts from early-stage pre-construction through commercial operations.
Prior to joining Swift Current Energy, Meir held senior project management roles at Clenera Renewable Energy and Lightsource bp where he was responsible for the execution of over 1.5 GW of utility-scale solar projects. At Clenera, he developed and led the company’s construction project management office from early inception to maturity. Meir has also held leadership roles in the commercial construction industry from field execution to preconstruction development/chief estimating.
Meir received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Boise State University with a certification in construction management. Meir is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
