As Executive Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development at Swift Current Energy, Geneva Morse works closely with all members of the Swift Current team to develop and lead people-centered programs in support of the company’s growth and ongoing employee engagement.
Geneva brings to her role more than a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector and over 20 years of experience within recruitment and HR. Prior to joining Swift Current, Geneva led the North American HR activities for K2 Management, a consulting firm that supports clean energy project development, construction, and operations. Previously, Geneva led the talent activities for Ogin, Inc., a Boston-based venture-backed renewable energy company. Earlier in her career, Geneva gained recruitment expertise at Heidrick & Struggles, where she conducted senior-level financial executive and board searches for Fortune 500 and private equity-backed companies. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Geneva provided research and consulting services focused on the HR function at the Corporate Leadership Council, and also performed analysis and prepared compensation data for the Hay Group.
Geneva holds a B.A. from Smith College.
