David Rogers is Vice President of Project Development at Swift Current Energy. With over 20 years in power generation development, David is responsible for leading project development and commercial optimization efforts for Swift Current’s portfolio of hybrid and stand-alone battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across the US, including integrating early stage development acquisitions into Swift Current’s project pipeline.
Before joining Swift Current, David led the commercial teams at Key Capture Energy, OCI Solar Power and Dynegy while focused on the development, acquisition and integration of conventional and renewable generation, including the commercial development of over 2.6 GWs of contracted assets.
David holds a BS in Finance and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
