April Waller serves as Senior Manager of Business Excellence at Swift Current Energy. With broad experience in project construction, operations and contract management, April provides organizational management support for all projects in the Swift Current Energy portfolio. In this role, April primarily works to develop and further refine the organization’s construction project management processes and procedures to assist in ensuring effective communication and productivity between and within departments.
April brings a combined 1 GW of solar construction experience working on projects ranging in size from 1 MWac to 200 MWac at the subcontractor, contractor, and owner/developer levels of the industry. Prior to joining Swift Current Energy, April served on the Project Management team at Lightsource bp, where she assisted in executing three utility scale projects totaling nearly 500 MWac.
April obtained her Bachelor in Business Administration with a Concentration in Legal Studies from Strayer University and her Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute. April holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Keiser University.
